We do our best to dispatch you order in the shortest time possible, usually from 1 to 3 working days, but not later than within 6 working days. You can see the expected time of delivery during your checkout according to your local area. The customer is informed via e-mail within 24 hours from the expedition when the delivery is dispatched.
If you have not received the goods nor a delivery notice by the post office within 7 days from the time you had received our e-mail announcement of expedition, please contact our office via email under email@example.com. The seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the postal services or courier or for damages of goods caused by the postal services or courier.
We reserve the right to prolong the delivery period in case that unexpected circumstances appear. The buyer, you, will be immediately informed about any such extension of the delivery period.

We ship the goods with several express courier services within the European Union. We will always find a solution to ship it to you everywhere in the world, so please contact us if you are placing an order from a non-EU country. All our packages are insured and come with a track-and-trace number.
