1. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging with the written order number on the package. Please send the return to the adress:

2. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed once we receive your returned items. After inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

3. How should I clean my products?
To maintain the quality and longevity of our products, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. For fabric items, use mild soap and water, and avoid soaking. Always air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

4. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. What should I do if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.

6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 2-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

11. How to clean microfibre suede mats? 

LIGHT STAINS SUEDE MATS.

Our microfibre suede mats are antibacterial, so there is no need to clean them too often. If you have a feeling that you need to freshen up your mat after several sweaty workouts, we recommend a natural cleaner like our  pepe&wolf Yoga mat spray or similar.

HEAVY STAINS SUEDE MATS.

When some heavy stains occur, your suede mat needs a bit more drastic cleaning session. Whether it is your kid's breakfast, dirty feet after an outdoor workout, or an abstract painting by your little ones, the suede mats can be cleaned with a gentle run in an ordinary washing machine. Take into account, that this method is quite harsh on the rubber, so do not use it too often. Please consider the following important settings before washing it in the machine:

- 20 minutes

- 30 degrees

- max. 400-800 revolutions

- add a towel or piece of clothing to the washing machine, so your mat is not too heavily crumpled

- gentle washing liquid

- no softener

- let it dry out for a min. 24 hours

The rubber side of the mat tends to get very wet and needs to dry through on a dry, warm and shady (avoid direct sunlight) spot. Check whether the mat is dry enough before rolling it back together. 

12. How to clean PU yoga mats (Studio Collection)?

LIGHT AND HEAVY STAINS STUDIO MATS.

Our PU mats are thick and sturdy and the surface of the mats is rather closed. This means that you can easily clean it with water and wipe with a microfibre cloth. You can also wipe it with some water + vinegar solution. We recommend a 1:20 solution. Do not apply the solution directly on the mat, but rather on a cloth and wipe the mat with it.

The PU mats can not be put in the washing machine because it would destroy the thick and sturdy surface. 

Please be careful with some oily lotions and creams, as the grip of the PU surface could get damaged.
