TERMS & CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS.
The following terms and conditions are valid for purchases via www.pepeandwolf.com. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. The conditions define and specify the rights and responsibilities of the seller (company) and the buyer (customer). These terms and conditions represent the content of the contract of purchase concluded between the seller and the buyer.

By submitting the order the buyer confirms the consent with the terms and conditions and these will apply to all relations between the seller and the buyer when concluding a contract of purchase. These terms and conditions will apply as well to potential claims on purchased goods.

ORDERING GOODS.
All orders placed on the site of www.pepeandwolf.com are binding for both parties. when placing an order the buyer confirms that he or she has read and understood these terms and claim conditions. The seller confirms that the order has been accepted by sending an order confirmation e-mail. Before proceeding to payment, the buyer can review the order and make changes if needed.
The buyer is bound by the order from the moment they accept the online offer of pepe&wolf and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the website). Please note that the order will not be valid if pepe&wolf cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Products may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once the buyer reaches the checkout.
PRICE OF GOODS.
Please note that all prices and product information on www.pepeandwolf.com are subject to change.
Prices are always displayed transparently in the shop section, next to particular products. All prices listed with the products are final. The price of the product does not include the price of shipping, which is based on the selected method of delivery and shipping location.
CONFIRMATION.
The buyer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing the order. The buyer should check the spam-filter shall he or she hasn’t received it after 30 min. In case the buyer has not received the order confirmation within 30 min. after the purchase, he or she shall contact us at pepe@pepeandwolf.com.
CANCELLATIONS.
In case that the buyer wishes to cancel the order, which has not been dispatched, he or she should contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid for, we will return the money within 14 days to the same account the payment was made from. In line with article 6 of the commercial code no. 367/2000 as amended of the Slovak Republic the buyer has the right to back out of the contract within 14 days from the delivery date.
When using the right to back out of the contract, the buyer should inform us about the decision in writing via email on pepe@pepeandwolf.com. The buyer may fill in the form electronically using our online return form here. If the buyer sends the form, we will confirm the receipt of the withdrawal from the contract at our earliest convenience via email indicated in the form.
If the buyer decides to back out of the contract, it is necessary to return the goods undamaged with no signs of use or wearing in the original package with the purchase receipt enclosed by sending it back in the given period of time /the date of posting being determining/. When all the above mentioned conditions for returning of goods are met the payment for the goods excluding the costs for delivery shall be reimbursed to the buyer using the buyer’s original payment method within 14 days from the date of delivery of withdrawal from the contract. The seller is not obliged to reimburse the payment to the buyer prior to the receipt of the returned goods or prior to a prove from the buyer that the goods were returned back to the seller.
The buyer is not eligible to withdraw from the contract that comprises of a sale of goods prepared according to buyer’s special requirements.
The seller has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the goods are dispatched to the buyer mainly due to items ordered are out of stock. In such an event, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer without a delay via an e-mail provided by the buyer in the order. Prior to withdrawal from the contract the seller has the right to offer the buyer a compensation. The buyer has the right to refuse the compensation and withdraw from the contract. If the order or a part of it has already been paid for, the buyer will be reimbursed for the payment within 14 days from the date the buyer has been informed about the unavailability of the ordered items or following the day the compensation has been refused by the buyer to a bank account from which the payment has been received.
DELIVERY PERIOD.
We do our best to dispatch the order in the shortest time possible, usually from 1 to 2 working days, but not later than within 3 working days. The buyer is informed via an e-mail within 24 hours from the expedition when the delivery is dispatched.
Please, take in consideration that the delivery period of our express couriers usually takes from 1 to 6 working days.
If the buyer has received neither the goods nor a delivery notice by the post office within 5 days from the time the buyer received our e-mail announcement of expedition, the buyer should contact our office on pepe@pepeandwolf.com. The seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the courier or for damages of goods caused by the courier.
We reserve the right to prolong the delivery period in case that unexpected circumstances appear. The buyer is immediately informed about any such extension of the delivery period.
SHIPPING.
pepe&wolf offers a flat rate on each shipping location, regardless of the size of your order. We ship all goods as express delivery by courier. The responsible courier company varies depending on the country of delivery. The courier partner and the estimated shipping time are both stated in the selection of shipping options in the checkout process.
INVOICES.
At pepe&wolf we try to safe trees and reduce our waste. Therefore we have decided to send the invoices only in the digital form with your order. You will not receive a paper invoice with your package.
CLAIMS AND GUARANTEE PERIOD.
The guarantee period set by the law is 24 months from the acceptance date of the goods by the buyer.
Shall the buyer want to file a complaint on the goods purchased in the internet store www.pepeandwolf.com, he or she may wish to inform us in advance via e-mail on pepe@pepeandwolf.com or using the form here.
The reclaimed goods must be delivered along with the confirmation of payment as well as description of the defect to the address: pepe&wolf s.r.o., Fialkove udolie 20, 81101, Bratislava. Damage caused to the product by wrong cleaning or washing, which naturally changes the appearance of the product, will not be considered a justified reason for a claim.
