We do our best to dispatch your order in the shortest time possible, usually from 1 to 3 working days, but not later than 6 working days. You can see the expected time of delivery during your checkout according to your local area. The customer is informed via e-mail within 24 hours of the expedition when the delivery is dispatched.
If you have not received the goods nor a delivery notice from the post office within 7 days from the time you received our e-mail announcement of the expedition, please contact our office via email at email@example.com. The seller is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by the postal services or courier or for damages to goods caused by the postal services or courier.
We reserve the right to prolong the delivery period in case unexpected circumstances appear. The buyer, you, will be immediately informed about any such extension of the delivery period.
SHIPMENT METHODS AND FEES.
We ship the goods with several express courier services within the European Union. We will always find a solution to ship it to you everywhere in the world, so please contact us if you are placing an order from a non-EU country. All our packages are insured and come with a track-and-trace number.
We’ve decided to offer you a flat rate for your order, regardless of how many items you order.
