MATERIAL

Smudge stick made of 100% Salvia apiana, known as white sage and bee sage.

Its naturally inherent qualities are superb to purify the body, mind, and soul. It is loved for its ability to cleanse negative energies that have accumulated in the surroundings. 

CARE

Light the smudge stick with a candle, lighter, or match. Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle. Let the stick burn for a few seconds. Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let the smoke fill your space.
